Care & Setup:
This bed may arrive vacuum packed for shipping. After unpacking, gently pat and shape the bed by hand to help the filling expand.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the bed to fully regain its shape before use.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the issue requires otherwise under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns, including incorrect size choices, are not accepted unless required by Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
