Size guide (measure chest and neck before ordering):
- XS — Chest 34–38cm, Neck 22–26cm (2–3kg)
- S — Chest 38–44cm, Neck 24–32cm (3.5–6.5kg)
- M — Chest 43–51cm, Neck 32–40cm (7–10kg)
- L — Chest 50–56cm, Neck 35–45cm (10–14kg)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the issue requires otherwise under Australian Consumer Law.
To start a return, email us at support@puddlehaus.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the next steps.
Change-of-mind returns, including incorrect size choices, are not accepted unless required by Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
