Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you've received an item with a problem, email us at support@puddlehaus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to check the size guide carefully before purchasing.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund after approval.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
